Meet The Owners

Rich has been in the hair industry since 1999. He has been fortunate enough to have a long family history in the industry and proud to have his name on the door of Conte Salon since 2009. Rich has seen his salon grow from two to twenty exceptional hair, nail, and skin care professionals. Rich is all about continuing education, he attends seminars to stay up on the latest trends. Rich specializes in color, hair extensions and keratin treatments. He loves the feeling of fulfilling a vision of what the client wants and making them feel so great about themselves.

Born in Bronx, NY and grew up in Coral Springs, FL I have always been around the hair industry. I have been a Colorist for 19 years. I have trained at Yellow Strawberry Ft. Lauderdale and Vidal Sasson New York and spent 8 years working in upscale salons in the Boca / Delray area.

My name is Kathia Santiago a hairstylist with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry certified by Bellami Pro and Vidal Sassoon NY, now serving the wonderful community of Boynton Beach. I specialize in blondes, balayage, cuts, styles and hair extensions. I genuinely enjoy creating the perfect look for my clients, day by day, style, or special occasion, especially if it means giving themthat confidence boost they need. I'm excited to meet you and assist you in finding the perfect look that suits you.

Polina Yesilevich is a master colorist and stylist with 25 years of experience.Having worked in Israel, and Europe gives her a international view of cutting and color. Polina also specializes in hair extensions and several keratin treatments. Working as a platform artist and on movie sets and fashion shoots has kept her current with today's fashion.

Born and raised in Long Island – New York, Toni has over 25 years of experience in hair coloring, cutting and hair styling. Toni is eager to extend her passion for creating friendly and personal client relationships making each one of them look and feel great!

With over 35 years of experience in various hair cutting techniques and styles, Pam specializes in color, highlighting and color corrections. She is also very creative in up-do styles for proms, weddings or photo shoots. Pam has attended classes and trained at The Goldwell Color Academy, Wella, Vidal Sassoon, and Toni&Guy. Before doing your hair, she likes to give an extremely thorough consultation and share her favorite products and styling tips with all clients.

Paul joins us after relocating from the Island (Long Island), where he worked over 15 years at Hairsay in Garden City Park, bringing more than 3 decades of experience from all over the beauty industry. Previously mentoring along side a major hair-color line, educating and working with one of the largest franchises in the business while owning his own salon. Paul brings his funky fresh creativity showing off his youthful color, cutting & styling skills to customize each clients needs.

Lisa has been a hairstylist for 30 years. She was born and raised on Long Island and moved to Florida 13 years ago. For the past 5 years, Lisa has been with us at Conte Salon. Her specialties are in creative haircuts and blow-drys as well as keratin treatments.

Darren is a Chicago native and has been in the industry for 26 years. He specializes in corrective color, creative haircuts and styles on short hair and highlighting techniques for blondes. Darren has previously done work for the industries best product lines and worked behind the scenes for The Oprah Show and Victoria’s Secret models. He works with each client to achieve their ultimate hair goals!

Ricco enjoys working closely with all his clients and prides himself on his attention to detail, always placing the integrity of the clients' hair first. His priority is to provide an experience rather than just a service. Ricco creates a look to enhance each individual's natural beauty, taking into consideration skin tone, eye color, facial structure and lifestyle. He trained with Aveda School and worked as a stylist for photoshoots, fashion editorials and videos in New York City.

Charlie is from a New Providence, a small town in New Jersey. Charlie has advanced hair cutting training from Bruno’s School of Hair Design in Toronto, Canada as well as Retro Hair. He acquired his advanced color training with L’oreal and Clairol. Before making Conte Salon his home, he owned his own hair salon in West Boca for 6 years.

An Esthetician for 20 years, Beth grew up in Maryland and worked for Aveda for over a decade. She thoroughly enjoys performing relaxing facials, gentle waxing, and lash and brow tinting. Beth has been with Conte Salon since 2013.

With over 14 years of experience in the industry, Irene is a Certified Medical Electrolysis, Laser Technician, and Facial Specialist that really enjoys treating and educating clients on skincare and anti-aging so you can look and feel your best. She specializes in skincare including HydraFacial, anti-aging facials, dermaplanning, microneedling, microcurrent, chemical peels, laser hair removal, electrolysis, and IPL.
